i don't translate into reality

it's like i've been putting together a puzzle with thousands and thousands of pieces and then, just as i was getting close to finishing, as the picture was forming clearer, just as it was coming together and i was beginning to enjoy the put together feeling, a cat jumped up on to the table, and scattered the pieces all around again.
